Musical phenom returns to Newport’s Pour Judgement Saturday night.

Jason Cardinal’s one-man-band performances would be great in their own right if he were simply playing the songs you love to sing along to. The real genius is seeing someone who’s not a DJ perform mashups of a bunch of songs you love to sing along to (though this does make the singing along bit a tad more challenging).

The real fun is to see someone sitting at the bar, “half-listening” and then suddenly realize “Wait…did that just happen?”
