
Newport’s Most Wanted Fugitive Turns Himself In

| Suspected in a violent January assault which left the victim in a coma, Freddie Hicks is in police custody.
On January 18, Kyle Kettner was assaulted while walking on Bliss Road with a friend. As a result of injuries sustained in the attack, Kettner was in a coma for several days after the attack.

Since that time Freddie Hicks, 25, was the primary suspect. Newport Police turned to Facebook in the hunt for Hicks, who turned himself in and will be arraigned in Newport District Court today.
