What Happened UNDER The WJAR 10 Newsdesk Got An Anchor Suspended

John DePetro reports that Alison Bologna just got Frank Coletta in hot water.

Channel 10’s Morning Sunrise has just become must-watch TV now that reports of tension on the set resulted in veteran news anchor Frank Coletta getting suspended. From DePetro.com:

Sources inside WJAR-TV Channel 10 confirm “Morning Sunrise” veteran anchor Frank Colletta was taken off the air and suspended last week after several complaints regarding his “inappropriate behavior” from his new co-anchor Alison Bologna. Sources say the final straw was Colletta allegedly “simulating masturbation” under the desk (while live on-air) and ignoring Bologna’s request to stop the lewd behavior.

We’ve taken the opportunity to make a poor attempt of visually reenacting the incident.

So that’s cute.

Though, as lewd behavior goes, it’s maybe a 3 out of 10. We can’t remember the last time we saw the wanking gesture used to indicate actual masturbation. Actually, now that we think about it, we haven’t seen it performed in a while. Possibly because we don’t see our readers’ reactions to our posts.

If we’re going to get in hot water for a “lewd” gesture, we’re going something actually lewd. Like this…

shocker

Though immature, in its own right, hardly enough to face some serious disciplinary action. However, Frank has apparently made some inappropriate comments to Alison behind the scenes at WJAR.

Alison Bologna, on the other hand, makes her inappropriate comments on the air.

So, all of a sudden, Morning Sunrise has gotten a lot more interesting. Everyone set your DVRs…
