When It Comes To Wings, The Rhode Show Uses Pour Judgement

Sue Zinno and Teddy Nabozny finished up a year-long victory lap at WPRI studios.

Last year, Pour Judgement‘s wings won the Newport Winter Festival Chicken Wing Cook-Off. This year, Sue and Teddy showed the Rhode Show audience (and the world) how to make them, all while Sue wore some very appropriate headgear. We think everyone can agree that there’s a time and a place to wear a giant buffalo wing on your head…and that’s when you’re showing off your award-winning wings on TV.

If you’re culinarily-inclined, you can make PJ’s wings yourself by grabbing the following ingredients:

INGREDIENTS
5 pounds disjointed chicken wings
1 cup paprika
1/2 cup dry parsley
1 cup italian seasoning
2 cups cajun seasoning
1cup granulated onion
1 cup granulated garlic
1/4 cup black pepper

Sauces

Buffalo: Franks red hot and delicious butter
East west: Kikomen teriyaki glaze and Sweet Baby Rays bbq sauce
Ranch and blue cheese dressing

Alternatively, you can do what we do and just walk into Pour Judgement, with luck find some seating, tell whoever’s working how sexy they look, recieve an odd look and then say “Can I get an order of wings?”
