You Know You’ve Made It When…

Actually, this is the subject of some debate. Some do so well at their new careers that they walk away from the service industry forever. Others decide to stay in for a shift or two, figuring that they might as well make a few hundred bucks socializing then spend a similar amount  doing the same. Still others decide that there’s nowhere they’d rather spend their working years than in a restaurant. It’s ultimately about having the luxury of the choice, especially once you start a family.
