Normally a restaurant that only offers soup or salad for their first course, or (GASP!) doesn’t offer a dessert course would immediately be put in the “NO” column, but this menu has got to be the most creative and daring one out there. Every entree and app uses a different craft beer for inspiration. The Soul Style IPA Curried Frog’s Legs, and the Milk Stout Buffalo Short Ribs stick out the most to me, but take a look and you will find things there that are impossible to resist. Also every entree includes a 6 oz. pour of the beer that was used in the recipe, and a little beer goes a long way.
